Step 1: Starting the Quest
Speak to Tooth Fairy

Upon teleporting using the Fairy Ring, you will find yourself in a strange place with Fairy Very Wise. Speak to her until she teleports you to Resistance HQ.

Afterwards, speak to Fairy Queen in the south-eastern section, who will then lead you on to begin the quest, and your mission shall be explained by Tooth Fairy.

She will begin by introducing you to their secret weapon FTM. Next, turn on the projector and watch the cut-scene about "Tooth Magic". After a bit more talking, you will yet again be asked to watch another cut-scene, so turn on the projector and listen to the Tooth Fairy explain.

Step 2: Tooth Fairy's Wand
Persuade Gnarly to give you the wand.
Return the wand.

After you have finished watching the cut-scene, you will be sent on a trial mission to get Tooth Fairy's wand. Head north-west towards the store room containing Hammers and Secateurs. Pick one of each up and use one on the other to receive a Tooth extractor. Head back to Zanaris and head north-west towards the bank.

Near the bank you will find Tooth Fairy's house. Use the Tooth extractor on the door to pick lock it and gain entry. Talk to Gnarly, and you'll say that you've come for the Tooth Fairy's wand. He refuses to give it to you, so ask him if there's anything you can do for him. Give him all the nicest replies and he will then ask you to get him a Bucket of milk. Should you need to obtain some, grab a Bucket and head to the Dairy Cow east of the wheat field. After giving him it, he will eventually ask you to close your eyes while he gets the wand. Accept, and you will soon find them open again, and Gnarly will have the stick. Instead of fully entrusting you with the wand, he asks you to pick him up. After you pick up Gnarly, head back to see Tooth Fairy

When you arrive back, hand over Gnarly to Tooth Fairy and after a bit of chatting, turn on the projector again. You will be explained a bit about your next mission, and Tooth Fairy will soon go on to asking if she can replace your tooth. So bring on the pain! South of the projector is a bunch of flowers on the floor; stand on top of them and do the "Wave" emote to begin the procedure. You will then be shown a humourous cut scene before having to get on with your mission.

Step 3: General Killing
Speak to General Bre'egth.
Speak to Ork.
Speak to Fairy Fixit.
Speak to K'Chunk.
Pickpocket the tooth.
Speak to General Gromblod.
Speak to Wood dryad.
Speak to General Gromblod.
Speak to Wood dryad.
Give Mango to General Gromblod.
Get the tooth.
Speak with General Shredflesh.
Take the tooth.
Head back to Tooth fairy.

Exit the Resistance HQ and head north-west to find General Bre'egth. Ask her what happened to her teeth, and she will explain to you that she got into a fight, and left her tooth with her opponent as a reminder. Speak to one of the Orks and ask about K'Chunk; he will tell you that Fairy Fixit knows more about it. Go speak to her next to the Fairy Ring in Zanaris. After speaking with her you will find out that K'Chunk is in the code 'DIP', so travel there and talk to K'Chunk. Finally, pickpocket him to receive the Bre'egth's tooth.

Head to the Enchanted Valley via the fairy ring code 'BKQ' and speak to General Gromblod to the south. He won't reply with much, so head north-west and speak to Wood Dryad and she will tell you she is worried about him eating all the harvest! Head back to speak to General Gromblod and he will tell you that he just wants a Mango. Speak to Wood Dryad again and she will cast a spell on you that will allow you to pick a Mango from the fairy ring code 'CLR'. Head there, pick a Mango from the tree and head back to General Gromblod. Give him the Mango and suddenly he loses his appetite and throws it away, along with his tooth. Go just south of General Gromblod and pick up the Mango with tooth. After picking it up, you will still be unable to get that tooth out of the Mango with tooth, so use the Tooth extractor on it and it will come out in an instant.

Head back to Zanaris, use the Fairy ring and enter the code 'ALP'. This will take you to General Shredflesh's area. Talk to him and ask him if you can help with anything. You will find out he actually has a toothache. Select the first 4 options in order, and you will get around to trying to convince him that you are really a dentist. Use all the flattering lines and convincing lines to finally convince him and let you take out his tooth. You will find a similar funny cut-scene to earlier, and you will receive General Shredflesh's tooth.

Finally, after collecting all the teeth, head back to Tooth Fairy.

Step 4: Preparing for Battle
Speak to Tooth fairy
Equip yourself for battle.

Speak to Tooth Fairy and she will give you another briefing. Turn on the projector again and she will then explain your mission to you and give you a Fairy wand as well as updating your dossier. Head back to the main fairy ring in Zanaris and dial 'BIR', then go back, then dial 'DIP', and then repeat for 'CLR' and 'ALP'. Look through the fairy tree to see a cut-scene of Fairy godfather getting ready for his attack on Zanaris.

Speak to Tooth fairy once again and she will give you one last briefing before the big fight. So go grab your combat gear and prepare for battle.

Step 5: The Final Battle
Plant the teeth.
Kill the orks.
Kill Fairy godfather
Claim your reward.

Upon entering the battle room, you should plant all of your teeth in the three farming patches scattered around the room. After that is done, start by killing the 3 generals, and then all of the Ork warrior's. You may find that the Fairy godfather will heal the generals, however this doesn't give much of an effect, just makes the battle a bit longer. This will then allow your three generals to weaken the Fairy godfather's shield. If your generals die, then nothing to worry, they will begin growing in the farming patch automatically.

After his shields are finally down, you should now be able to attack him normally, so take out your normal weapon and start killing him. After he dies he will be dragged into the rift, and it will explode, leaving the area a complete mess.

After a short cut scene you will be back at Resistance HQ and the Fairy Queen will begin talking rewards! You will soon be given the option to be teleported to Martin the Master Gardener, do so to claim your final reward and complete the quest. Congratulations, Quest Complete!
