Recommendations
Skill: 50+ Combat, 43 Prayer.
Item: Armour (Melee is easiest), Weapons, Food, Super Set or Normal Set of Potions (if you're Lower Level), Prayer Potion.

Part 1:
The Fight Arena
Step 1
Talk to Lady Servil, NW of Fight Arena.
Get Khazard armour from chest, NE house from arena.
Wear it go & to Prison house.
Open door, talk to Jeremy.
Talk to Khazard Guard.
Buy Kahli brew from pub & give to guard.
Items needed: Bring all required and recommended items.
Speak to Lady Servil and agree to help her. She will tell you her husband (Sir Servil) and her son (Jeremy Servil) were kidnapped by General Khazard's men.
Walk to the house located in the north-eastern corner of the Fight Arena's area and look at the armour sets within. The set in the furthest north-east placement is the special set which you have the option to borrow. Do so and dawn the new armour.
Wear the Khazard helmet and Khazard armour and walk south to the Prison House. Try to open the door and the guard will automatically speak to you then let you inside. Speak to Jeremy Servil and he will tell you the guard has the keys to the prison door.
Speak to the Lazy Khazard Guard in the south-eastern corner of the prison house, directly south of where you are now. He will mention that he wants a decent drink and that Khali Brew makes him sleep. Walk west of the prison house to the pub and buy Khali Brew for 5 GP from the Khazard Barman. Head back to the Khazard Guard and speak to him. He will get drunk on the Khali Brew and hand you the Khazard Cell Keys.
Step 2
Have armour/weapons/food.
Use Khazard cell keys on Jeremy's door.
Kill Khazard Ogre.
Talk to Hengrad.
Kill Khazard Scorpion, Bouncer, General Khazard (optional).
Talk to Lady Servil.
Before doing this step double check you have all the required materials to defeat all the monsters you will have to face! Note that you don't need to wear the Khazard helmet and Khazard armour while you are in the Fight Arena. When you are ready to fight, use the Khazard Cell Keys on Jeremy's prison door. Jeremy will ask you to save his father (Justin Servil) from a Khazard Ogre (Level-63). You will automatically be taken to the Fight Arena.
Once in the Fight Arena, you may range or mage behind the skeleton safe spot if you wish, or just use melee. After you kill the Ogre, Justin Servil will thank you. After Justin Servil is done talking, General Khazard will automatically talk to you. He will tell you that he will let the Servil family go if you stay and fight for him. A cut scene will appear of a guard locking you in a cell.
Speak to Hengrad in the cell and he will tell you he has been a prisoner since he was a child and he's waiting to escape some day. After he's done speaking, you will automatically be taken to the Fight Arena once again. Save your food for the final two battles and make sure you use Protect from Melee for the final two battles. Watch your prayer points as well.
First you will fight a Khazard Scorpion (Level-44). After you've killed the Khazard Scorpion, General Khazard will bring out Bouncer (Level-137) (Picture). When you defeat the Bouncer, General Khazard (Level-112) will try to kill you himself (Picture). You don't have to kill him - you can leave the arena since the Servils will escape whether or not he is killed. (Note: If you do decide to fight him, that you must defeat 2 more versions of General Khazard.)
After you have defeated General Khazard or escaped from him by leaving the Fight Arena, head back to Lady Servil. Speak to her. She will tell you that her husband and son are recovering safely at home. She will thank you for your services and give you your reward.
A: You probably didn't speak to the Khazard Guard in the south-eastern room of the prison house, speak to him and find out that he desires a drink of Khali Brew.
A: No, you cannot.
A: Yes.
A: No, it is an open arena. However, as of April 24, 2009, you can use the same skeleton obstacle that was mentioned earlier in the guide to easily range and defeat all monsters, even General Khazard.
