Deep beneath the earth, Juna the Serpent has guarded the Tears of Guthix for three thousand years. If adventurers can relieve her boredom with an entertaining story, she will let them into the cave to collect the tears. But first she has a short task for them to do.

Part 1:
Juna and the Cave

Step 1
Enter cave with lit lantern/lamp.
Go to Juna's cave, near Giant frogs.
Ask Juna to tell you a story.

Go to the Lumbridge swamps and use your rope with the entrance to the Swamp Cave. Light your light source at this point and head west, then south once you reach a wall. Take the east exit from the next cavern; keep exiting east from all these next caverns until you come to wall, you should be at a small area with a pool beside you, jump across the pool to the giant frogs and enter the tunnel on this island.

Follow this path east until you come to Juna the snake, who will ask you to tell her a story. You will recount to her one of the quests you have previously completed in RuneScape and she will let you into the cave for a short time. However she will tell you, that to catch the tears of Guthix you need to bring her a bowl made from the stone found in the cave to the south of her (Picture).

Step 2
Make sapphire lantern.
Attempt to climb wall.
Talk to Juna.
Get carried by a creature of the night.

Use the cut sapphire on your bullseye lantern, and then light your lamp with a Tinderbox. If you walk south, and try to climb the wall, you won't be able to. Go back and speak to Juna again and tell her; she will tell you a long story about Guthix and the creatures of the light. Go back to where you came into the cave and use your sapphire lantern on one of the creatures of the light, it will carry you across to the cave.Zybez RuneScape Help's Screenshot of Floating

Part 2:
Creating Juna's Bowl

Step 3
Mine a magic stone.
Carve into a bowl.
Talk to Juna.

Once across the void, you will notice a large number of stones; mine one of them to get a "magic stone". Use your chisel on the stone and you will carve it into a stone bowl. Head back by climbing down the rocks to the east, and speak to Juna. She will tell you she is keeping your bowl so that you may collect the tears of Guthix in the future, and will ask for another story.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: The light creatures will not come to me. What am I doing wrong?

A: Make sure you are using a sapphire lamp and that it is working correctly, if this is the case then you may be trying to attract a creature that is too far away, the lamp only brings creatures at a certain distance towards you.

Q: Is there a way I can be reminded to come back to Tears of Guthix?

A: Yes, if you go into your quest list and look at the Tears of Guthix quest log, after it says "Quest Complete", it will tell you if you can use the mini-game again. Also, if you are able to access Tears of Guthix within the next 2 days, then Juna will tell you the exact hour that you will be able to come back. If you are able to access Tears of Guthix within the next 4 hours, then Juna will tell you the exact minute that you will be able to come back.
