Requirements

Item: Glarial's Amulet, Glarial's Pebble, Rope(s), Spade.
Other: Ability to defeat a Moss Giant (Level-84) without Weapons or Armour.
Recommendations
Skill: 56 Agility (53 with Agility Potions or 51 with Summer Pies).
Item: Antipoison, Agility Potions (if needed), Ardougne Teleport Runes x2, Food (10-15 Lobsters or better), Attack Potions, Strength Potions, Ring of Recoils (for lower levels).
Part 1:
The Fire remains.
Step 1
Search the fire remains East of the bridge.
Go talk to Islwyn, in a clearing by the city.
Enter Glarial's tomb using the pebble.
Kill the Moss giant.
Take the seed
Items needed: Glarial's Pebble, Food, Attack, Strength.
To get to the fire remains, stand just south of the bridge leading to the Elven city north of the woods. From here go east, pass the sticks and you will see the fire remains. Search the fire remains in the northern part of the Isafdar woods to start the quest.
Next, go and talk with Islwyn who may be in one of two locations, by the lake next to the Tyras camp or in a clearing by the Elven city Lletya. The Lletya location is a lot easier to get to (Picture). If he's not in the location you went to, wait for a few minutes. Since he and Eluned are traveling elves, they move around the forest (Picture). A little bit into his speech he will ask if you want to lie or tell the truth, tell the truth. You must now speak to Eluned who will tell you that she will need a Consecration Seed which can be found in Glarial's tomb.
If you have Glarial's pebble, go to her tomb which is just northwest of the Fishing Guild, remember not to take any weapons,armour and runes in there. (Picture). If you do not have the pebble, you will have to obtain it from Golrie again in the Tree Gnome Village. If he is still locked up go to the east room. Search the boxes until you find a key. Then go west and open the prison cell with the gnome in it and talk to him.
Once you are inside Glarial's tomb, you must fight a Moss Giant (Level 84) (Picture). This monster uses both magic and melee attacks so be careful, especially since prayer does not function inside the cave. When the giant dies pick up the Consecration Seed and take it back to Eluned in the Isafdar woods.
Part 2:
The Crystal Tree
Step 2
Talk to Eluned again.
Go to the Waterfall Dungeon.
Search crates for key. Plant the seed next to the grave.
Go back to the elves.
Items needed: Glarial's Amulet, Rope(s), Spade.
Eluned will tell you that you need to plant the seed near Glarial's grave in the Waterfall Dungeon.
Make sure you have Glarial's amulet and a spade with you, and then walk north-west of Glarial's tomb where you will find a house with a raft in the back. 'Board' the raft and you will go downstream. When the raft crashes use your rope on the rock with the 'Swim to' option. Then use your rope on the dead tree, and walk through the door into the Waterfall dungeon while wearing Glarial's amulet.
Go into the first eastern room and search the crates to find 'A key'. Now go into the room farthest to the west and use the key on the door, then on the next door to get to Glarial's grave. Click on the seed to plant it. 'Crystal growth' will sprout and then disappear (Picture).
Go back to the elves and tell them what happened. You will have a choice between a Crystal bow or shield.
A: You need to be 70 ranged and 50 agility to use the bow and 70 defence and 50 agility to use the shield.
A: You cannot "swap" your crystal equipment. The one you asked for at the end of the quest is the one you receive. You can however, buy a new crystal shield or bow for 900k or less.
