On the eastern half of southern Karamja (probably best to take gnome glider there and travel south),
just north of some stepping stones across a waterfall. Dig in the brown patch of ground near the Jogres.
A Saradomin Mage will attack. Or use Karamja Task gloves 3 to Shilo Village, then out the
gate entrance and go straight east.
