Answer

On the second floor of the Wizard's Tower, in the south-east room, you'll see a cupboard. It's locked and requires a key to open. The key is obtained from Spellwisp, located toward the north-west corner of the island.

Notes

In the basement of the Wizard's tower is where you will find these cabinets.
