First of all, make sure you have enough inventory space to unequip everything before heading off. The fastest way there is to use Fairy Rings (dial the code A-L-Q) and go slightly south-east. Alternatively, use an Ectophial and head towards the Fairy Ring south-west from the Ectofuntus. Check against the mini-map image to make sure you are standing precisely around that spot; it only works if you are standing there!
When Uri appears, equip your weapon again and kill him. There are aggressive monsters in the vicinity so you may wish to deal the killing blow unarmed in order to save time.
